Why this training?

Remote work opens up a wide range of benefits: Increasing flexibility, saving time and money on commutes, and recruiting talent regardless of location are just a few of them. Now that the Corona pandemic has accelerated the use of technical equipment for virtual collaboration in many companies and organizations, hybrid and virtual work settings have become part of everyday working life.


This change poses new challenges for managers: How does good leadership succeed when I primarily lead my team via the screen? How do I foster good dynamics within my team if some team members are based at the same location and others are spread around the globe? And how can I ensure cohesion and team spirit when team members no longer regularly meet in person?


This workshop provides you with knowledge on hybrid and virtual leadership and shows you how to lead teams to Teamwork 2.0 in an efficient and engaging way.
